Fulfillment Force is a stocking distributor for over 20 National Brands. Not all, but many of those brands permit us to distribute these products for retail resellers. This website was designed exclusively for our retail reseller customers and contains all the products available in our current drop-ship program.

Pricing:
Current price lists and product details can be found at the link to the left. Registered resellers utilizing this website will receive a 15% discount from our normal List Price shown on this site. Make sure when you place your order, you see this discount, otherwise contact us. Pricing is not guaranteed for any length of time, but we will make every effort to notify registered resellers ahead of any changes. Manufacturers typically update pricing and product mixes once or twice annually.
Images:
Each item on this site has a 100x100 thumbnail and 300x300 item image. Should you require other sizes, different images or full hi-resolution images, please check the ftp server or image library (see Downloads/Links). You have permission to use any images or descriptive text contained within Fulfillment Force or our manufacturers' sites, lists or printed materials.
Shipping and Handling:
From within this website and our printed price lists you will see our calculated delivery charges. This is made up of a $3 handling charge per order plus Zone 6 UPS Ground freight. Since we are a major UPS shipper, we can smooth the many adjustments for address corrections, rural surcharges, insurance, fuel surcharges etc. You are welcome to supply your own UPS account for us to use on your shipments, but you will still be invoiced the $3 handling charge and you will be responsible for any UPS adjustments that occur to your shipments. Please, DO NOT choose the $3 shipping options unless you have provided your own UPS account number.

Order Processing:
All in-stock orders are processed within 2 business days of order receipt. Billing customer will be advised via email of any backordered products. Note - orders must be processed through this website to receive 15% reseller discount. Large, established accounts may contact us for an ftp file transfer process - our format required.
Drop-Shipments:
All orders are shipped via UPS Ground, insured, or equivalent. All items are overpacked in clean cardboard. There is no accompanying invoice or packing slip. Fulfillment Force address and phone information appear on the shipping label to facilitate delivery. Shipping status and tracking information will be emailed to all clients providing a company email address. You may also check your order status through the Account Info/ Order History section of this site.
Multiple-Item Shipments:
Multi-item orders shipping to the same location are overpacked for security and freight savings.
Express Shipments:
UPS Next Day Air, UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Standard to Canada are available upon request. Orders must be received by 12:00 EST to ship the same day. Actual freight costs will be applied.
International Orders:
Are not currently permitted.
Returns:
Only product in new condition and in original decorative packaging will be accepted for credit or exchange. All returns must be pre-authorized. Customer pays 2-way freight (out and back) and up to a 15% restocking fee.
Defective Product:
Will be replaced within 15 days of sale. Contact customer service to arrange shipment. Fulfillment Force will issue a call-tag for return of defective merchandise or customer may return another method at their expense. Replacements will not be issued until defective unit is returned. Fulfillment Force will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Damaged Product:
Will be replaced as soon as shipping claim is resolved. Contact customer service to initiate damage claim. Fulfillment Force will ship replacement at no additional cost.
Warranty:
Manufacturer’s warranties apply on all products.
