Jan 1, 2012 Update:
More manufacturers are utilizing and enforcing Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies. Currently Oneida, Earth Pan, Rachael Ray and Paula Deen utilize MAP pricing on select models. This is a very good thing for our customers and will level the playing field with majors like Oneida.com, Amazon.com and Overstock.com. Sites found to violate the policies can be suspended from procurring such products. Our pricing files contain MAP pricing for all applicable products.
Prohibited sales include any sales techniques that result in a price that is below MAP. "Click here for a lower price", "Buy 1 get 1" or other attempts to sell below MAP will be considered a violation and warrant suspension. You may sell at MAP pricing and include free freight or you may offer site-level discounts (ex 10% off entire order at checkout).
In addition, Oneida requires a signed contract to sell their products, confirming that you understand and will comply with the MAP policy. Please read through the MAP policy carefully - the last page must be returned to be granted access to our new ftp server for pricing and inventory files.
